COVID-19 (CORONAVIRUS) UPDATE
We are still open and adhering to Government guidelines.
We want to assure everyone that we are taking the health and well-being of our customers and staff very seriously.
We have put the following safety measures in place:

A secure key box has been placed outside the office for customers to drop keys off during the day. (The red letterbox just above eye level in the Bottom bay doors is to be used for after-hours drop-offs as usual)

Customers keys will be disinfected before use and again before they are returned

All steering wheels, handbrakes, gearsticks and switches/buttons needed to operate customers cars will be disinfected before and after use

When your vehicle is ready for collection you will be contacted to arrange payment over the phone or via bank transfer

All customers are asked to locate their locking wheel nuts and place them on the passenger seat (these will also be disinfected)

In order to prevent unnecessary entry to the premises, the bays have been cordoned off. If you wish to talk to a member of staff, please give us a shout and we’ll be more than happy to speak with you, from a safe distance

The office and waiting room are closed. Therefore we kindly ask that customers do not wait with their vehicle on the premises, where possible
We ask customers who have ANY of the symptoms stated on the NHS website to please reschedule your appointment.
As a community, it is now, more than ever, that we should stick together. With that in mind, we will continue to support our customers in any way possible.
